- Share your layout and project brief. Send your location, floor plan or photos, preferred styles, approximate quantities, budget range and target opening or renovation date. Our design supportteam can help you explore furniture options around your concept.
- Review materials, finishes and dimensions. Confirm the available upholstery, finishes, sizes and design details for your selected pieces. Ask about samples and any minimum-order requirements before proceeding.
- Approve the quotation and production details. Review the agreed specifications, quantities, pricing and estimated lead times before placing the order. Timing depends on the products, customization and manufacturing arrangements.
- Coordinate delivery and site requirements. Discuss delivery access, receiving arrangements and the project schedule in advance. Any installation services, additional handling or other project support should be specifically included in your quotation, not assumed.
